VALVAX

Services

More than a valve — an engineering partner

From first enquiry to end-of-life spares, the same engineers who build your valves stand behind them.

Engineering & selection support

Send your line list, P&ID extract or datasheet — we return a compliant valve selection with materials, trims and standards matched to your service conditions.

  • Valve sizing and trim selection
  • Material recommendations for corrosive and sour media
  • Standards compliance review (API / ASME / BS / ISO)

Testing & certification

Every valve is hydro-tested to API 598 before dispatch. Additional testing and third-party witness inspection are available per project requirements.

  • Shell, seat and backseat testing to API 598
  • Fire-safe testing to API 607 / 6FA
  • NDE options: RT, UT, MPI, DP; TPI witness on request

Documentation & datasheets

Complete documentation packs issued per order: datasheets, GA drawings, material test certificates and test reports — always the current revision.

  • Technical datasheets and dimensional drawings
  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificates
  • Per-valve test certificates and QA dossiers

After-sales & spares

Seats, seals, stems and gland packing supplied against your valve serial number, with engineering guidance for overhaul and re-testing.

  • Spares identified by serial and model number
  • Overhaul and re-test guidance
  • Replacement recommendations at end of service life

How We Work

Enquiry to installation, in four steps

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You send the requirement — a line list, datasheet, or simply the service conditions.

  2. 02

    Engineering review

Our engineers confirm the selection, flag anything that won’t work, and quote firm.

  3. 03

    Manufacture & test

Valves are machined, assembled and hydro-tested to API 598 at Khopoli, with inspection holds you define.

  4. 04

    Delivery & support

Documentation pack ships with the valves; spares and engineering support follow for the service life.
